Amazing place with great wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a tv. The staff even helped me find a local food delivery number on my first stay, showing their dedication. I'm returning for Christmas!

Had a wide array of options for breakfast, it was adequate and excellent. The location was amazing, not far from the Southbank Parklands, direct train to the airport and the shopping centre. A cool bonus was Verve Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Unexpected challenges, yet enjoyable stay
The apartment was spacious and comfortable, offering a perfect base to explore the city. We loved the complimentary breakfast-fresh and plentiful, with friendly staff making the setup inviting!
Check-in was a bit of a hassle. The after-hours entry was confusing, and we had to find an alternate parking location that was less than convenient. It would have been helpful to receive clearer guidance.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The layout of the apartment felt cramped, especially with a large TV blocking the entrance, quite inconvenient at times. It would have been helpful to receive instructions on accessing the hotel after hours, as we encountered some confusion. Lastly, we faced major road closures on our departure date that the hotel could have informed us about in advance.

Best thing is the location. Right in the middle of CBD opp the first stop of the City Sights tour, very close to Central Station, next to GPO and one block from Queen Street Mall. Also very close to ferry and cat services on the river.

The rooms are nicely furnished and functional, with luggage storage, a lounge, and a toaster. The hotel offers free and enjoyable breakfast with curried egg and yoghurt, as for instance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and set up the cot we ordered for our baby immediately upon our arrival. I certainly felt that they were prepared for our visit and knew that we had requested items like the cot and offsite parking.
Being directly in the heart of Brisbane, there is a fair amount of noise in the immediate vicinity which we suffered through. The bedrooms have double glazing which helped but it really was quite a noisy location. We spent most of our time out of the apartment but the nights were still noisy and I used earplugs.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. In the centre of th CBD.
Location. Hotel caught between trying to cater for business or leisure. The one bed apartment was as described but its size was tiny. Would have been O.K for 1 person on business. Living area was miniscual, couldnt swing the proverbial cat ( room 32A)

The dining scene around here is lit! You've got The Gresham Bar just a stone's throw away for killer cocktails and Red Hook for some epic New York-style street food. The breakfast? Absolutely great with a myriad of options to kickstart your day.
Everything about this place was much less than satisfactory. The leaking shower was a minor annoyance. It didn't take away from the overall experience-cleanliness and a comfy mattress kept me smiling.

The location was just excellent! We could walk to Queen Street shopping mall in 5 minutes. The Woolworth supermarket is just 2 minutes away.
The washing machine's handle was already broken when we checked in and it was not fixed during our one week's stay.
